There are many women that admire natural hair and even some that entertain the idea of going natural, but then they revert back to old habits. In the following text, I describe 3 simple ways to start your hair growth journey at home.

Im sure with the worries of the professionalism of your job, self confidence, time management and so on, it's tough to make the big leap of faith. Here are a few ways to sort out your indecisiveness.

I know Grandma and the doctors have always said, " You need to drink more water!" It may sound repitious, but it's true! Whether inside or outside of the body, water has healing capabilities. Known for full body hydration, water can be added to conditioners and moisterizers; but most importantly it is best when drinking! With the marvelous inventions of sugar and caffienated drinks, water has easily fell into the background of popular drinks. Please do not downplay the benefits of water to your overall health, the following are just a few of advantages water can bring to your body and life:

Hydrates your scalp

3. Get ACTIVE!
We know that putting on the old clothes and cleaning the house is a job in itself, too bad its not enough to consider exercising. Being active helps your body by-way of getting a good blood flow going, thus causing your skin and scalp to be revitalize by oxygen reception.
