CUSTOMER LATE/NO SHOW FEES & CANCELLATIONS

 

At the time of your appointment:

 

  1. Come with a clean scalp ( If you don't, I would be happy to wash it for you for a fee!)

  2. Come well rested ( If you don't, then please don't put a time limit on my job and I can only do it as well as you allow me to!)

  3. Come, ON TIME! (It's better to be 15 minutes early then to be 30-45 minutes late!)

 

 

BE CONSIDERATE OF MY TIME AND OTHER CLIENTS THAT MAY ARRIVE AFTER YOU (ON TIME!)

 

PLEASE BE AWARE!

In order to keep your appointment, don't forget to lock it in with your deposit of $25.00

 

*This deposit will be taken off of your total service charge when you get your hair done!

 

*If you call/text 3 days before appt to reschedule (I will transfer deposit to another date) if you call with less notice, you will have to pay another deposit!

 

*You may Cancel but there are NO refunds on deposits!

Deposits can be made via the Zelle app (download app, if your banking app doesn't carry it)

I will send info!

If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so 72 hours (3 days) or more before actual appointment!
